Welcome to DraftBook. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://www.draftbook.lol/ (the "Service") operated by DraftBook.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Our Service is intended only for access and use by individuals at least 13 years old. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DraftBook and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Access to our Service may require registration and/or subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

DraftBook is currently offered free of charge during an early access period while we develop and refine the Service. During this period, the features available to you may change as we iterate.

We intend to introduce paid plans in the future. When we do, users whose accounts were created during the early access period ("Founding Members") will receive a grandfathered benefit: continued free access to a set of premium features, as our thanks for joining early. The exact scope of Founding Member benefits will be confirmed before any charges begin, and no charge will ever be applied to you without your explicit consent.

Pricing, plan tiers, and the features included in each tier are not final and may change before paid plans launch. Nothing in this section obligates DraftBook to introduce paid plans, to offer any particular feature free of charge, or to retain any specific feature indefinitely.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use our Service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate To submit false or misleading information To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code To collect or track the personal information of others To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape For any obscene or immoral purpose To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

In no event shall DraftBook, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of other, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

These Terms constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and DraftBook regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
